Osavi Vitamin D3, 2000 IE – 60 Kapseln

Like a lot of people I started taking vitamin D during the pandemic. My son who is mixed race was found to be vitamin D deficient during his training in the military and this resulted in a stress fracture. He was told that darker skinned people are less efficient at making vitamin D because melanin in the skin hinders vitamin D synthesis. This seemed to be my springboard into nutrition and supplements. An estimated one billion people worldwide are either vitamin D insufficient or deficient. I’m very careful what I take and like the product to be free of fillers and nasties which this is. This contains Quali®-D, a stable and bioavailable form of vitamin D3 derived naturally from lanolin. The MCT oil contained in the supplement is obtained only from oil produced from the fruit of coconut palm Cocos nucifera. This is a great product, easy to swallow and very good value for money in my opinion. It’s packed with a high strength vitamin and manufactured in The EU. It’s gluten free, sugar, lactose, soy and GMO free and suitable for people following a keto diet. It’s in a easy to store recyclable bottle. The company supports Biopet as well which is wonderful, and means that the bottle is made of Biopet (30% of the plastic comes from sugar cane). Great value for 4 months supply. Would definitely recommend.

Easy swallow non-flavoured softgels that are good value for money.

I did not realise when ordering that these have gelatin and I do not eat gelatin so I gave it to someone who does. This bottle contains 2 months of vitamin D if you take one capsule a day. After a few weeks of taking these softgel capsules, you'd start to notice some difference especially you'd feel less pain in your fingers in the morning as compared to before taking these capsules. I think that this is related to taking these capsules. This is a good quality vitamin supplement that comes with a 2 month supply. It is a good value for money product and I highly recommend these but beware that this is not suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

I'm glad I got these softgels with vitamin D3. I'm over 40ty so vitamins are needed and it's good to supplement them especially when winter is approaching. We get here supply for 4 months of vit D3 with one a day intake. The softgels are small and easy to swallow with glass of water. Few days of vit D3 intake added me some energy and optimism so I'll continue taking them at least until the spring when I can get vitamin D from sunlight. Vit D3 supports immune system, healthy bones and teeth so for all these benefits is worth taking them. These softgels are well priced for the amount. I'm happy with them.

Small size 2000UI D3 vitamin. Very easy to swallow capsules. D3 vitamin is easier to digest and adopt by body.

Great value at 5.17 for 120 capsules (that will last four months!) I'm not aware of any flavour which is good, prefer none anyway. The soft gel capsule is easy to swallow as it's small and smooth (bit like the red Nurofens). This was important for me as I sometimes struggle. I take Vit D between Oct - Apr ish during the darker months and find it helps with my general mood during the sun deficient times!
