I have found these easy to take, however some who don’t take to swallowing tablets so easily make find the size a bit much as they are around 1 inch in length.

I like flaxseed oil and this looks good quality. The soft gels are really big and it is a bit difficult for me to swallow. There is a slight smell, but nothing too strong. There are 60 softgels which means a two month supply. It fills only half full of the bottle. Since flaxseed oil have all omega 3, 6 and 9, I do prefer using it.

60 tabs per bottle, it provides great value for the price. I highly recommend these ones and this is a repeat brand for me. Easy to swallow and doesnt repeat on you after dinner.
