Perfect for me
I love ZMA. I really does increase my recovery and does induce a really deep sleep for me. Its one of though things that once you take it you miss it if you run out. I ran out for a week or so and when I started taking it again realised how much it helped me. I'm not sure if its to do with my age (mid forties) but it works for me and its a regular supplement I now take.
For some reason the dosage on the bottle says 1 a day and 90 servings???? Anyone who has used ZMA knows the dosage is 3 a day. Checked the description on the item and advertises 3 a day as does the Optimum Nutrition site. Would like to know why label is wrong and if this product is legit???
