Nice taste, good value, will buy again.

I've been using High5 for years without issues on weekly bike rides with friends to Ironman triathlon races. At home I've got the big 5kg tubs as they work out more cost effective. However, these smaller tubs are a great size to pack in a suitcase (or hand luggage) when traveling abroad for a week's cycling trip. I was using 1.5 scoops for a 750ml bottle, taking 2 bottles with me each day and rode 5-6 of the 7 days and had a small amount left. When mixing up a bottle add the powder in first, then fill up 90% of water giving it a good shake before topping it up. This helps it mix better, if you fill it 100% with water there's no room for it to mix when shaking. Same for most energy drink powders.

Excellent, good value for money and just what I've needed in this hot weather. Mixes really easily. Not mad keen on the taste but then I don't like black current, having said that it's perfectly drinkable.
