I'm not making any health claims, and obviously each buyer needs to do their own research, but I do consider mushrooms to be an essential part of my diet - and I am very happy to be taking this as part of my daily intake. I use cordyceps to boost my energy, but it also seems to keep my mind clear. The recommended daily intake here is half a teaspoon, which means even though the jar is a little smaller there’s still plenty of servings in it. Taste-wise it’s very drinkable. It has got that mushroom taste (which is quite mild), which for me is fine as I’m more than used to it, but for those who prefer a sweeter taste the powder can easily be mixed with other powders or added to foods, such as porridge (of which I mix all sorts of powders into). As a first-thing-in-the-morning or an early-afternoon boost cordyceps certainly has its place so is worth finding a way of taking it that suits. Regarding water, many people may just mix it with a spoon, but a mini blender will well and truly give it a good mix. For anyone wanting to experience cordyceps for themselves then this is as good a way as any to take it.

This is a top quality product at a reasonable price from a reputable company and whilst it maybe not as convenient as capsules I would definitely buy this again.
