- DELICIOUS CRUNCHY CRACKLING - Pork scratchings are traditionally cooked once and are harder. We show our Pork crackling some love however, and double cook them so our pork crackling gives each porky nugget a lighter but crunchier texture!
- LOW CARB & KETO FRIENDLY - The keto diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins diet. It involves reducing your carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat which puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. Each packet of crackling is low carb so therefore a perfect keto snack!
