Ajoutez deux mesures rases (9 g) à 330 ml d'eau froide et mélangez. Consommation recommandée d'une portion par jour, avant, pendant ou après votre entraînement. Pour le soutien énergétique avant l'entraînement : prendre 2 à 6 cuillères à soupe 20 à 30 minutes avant l'entraînement. Pour le soutien Amino après l'entraînement : Au moins 4 heures après la dose initiale avant l'entraînement, prenez 2 à 4 cuillères après l'entraînement. Ne dépassez pas 10 cuillères par jour.
