best tasting way to get your zinc in a lozenge with xylitol

I believe this is the only zinc lozenge that is sweetened with xylitol. They taste great. Xylitol is good sweetener for diabetics, and good for your teeth- actually makes their enamel stronger. Elderberries are good for you but I take them for the zinc and c. Mostly no-one gets enough zinc- these don't have a very high amount of zinc but you also shouldn't take too much. They say to take one a day- but considering the small amount of zinc per pill I take 4 or so a day when I take them and that still won't be too much zinc per day. I have read that a low zinc level can lead to depression. Zinc is good for your immune system. If you have a cold sore and take zinc or rub a lozenge on it it will ,over a few days, get rid of it/them.

PROTECTS IMMUNE SYSTEM

I like this is a great sambuca elderberry product with the added zinc and c. It works very well at protecting my immune system and warding off colds and sickness. This is one of my go-to products and now my third purchase of this product.
