OTHER INGREDIENTS: Rice Flour, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide. Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

RECOMMENDED USE: Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily.

I'd purchase again.

I'm a lady of a certain age, and I've got a full-time job that keeps me quite physically active. It may not seem like a workout to you, but for me -- it keeps me constantly moving. I don't think it's my imagination that this seemed to give me a little lift when I needed it! I've got no statistics to legitimize my claim, but I'll probably purchase this again for myself!

Good product

I use Now vitamins exclusively. They are made in the USA and are family owned. This is my third bottle of Beetroot and it stops the bottom of my feet from burning.

I take beet root supplements for endurance benefits

I didn't believe the claims when I first read them a couple of years ago that beet root powder could improve muscle endurance, but then I tried it and I'm now a believer. I have better distance runs and, when weightlifting, my muscles don't fatigue as quickly at the end. Although the results aren't dramatic, I see enough of a performance gain for it to be noticeable. I particularly see improvements on my run times and will take a double dose on the days before any runs where I expect to particularly push myself. I've taken a number of supplements from NOW Sports over the last several years and I trust the brand. I know that what they claim is in the bottle is exactly what's in the bottle. I'm usually reluctant to give 5 stars, but this is a good product that deserves it.

great for pre workout

I always try to take beet root supplements before a workout to help with blood flow and these are nice and fragrant of beets (which I like). Easy to swallow and the bottle has plenty of capsules so it will last a long time.

A good value, and it does what it is advertised to do

I work in a public setting, so in this pandemic and post-pandemic environment, I'll take any edge in maintaining my immune system. My family used this supplement for several months, and in addition to a solid exercise program and otherwise good nutrition, avoided low-level viral crud or other illness. Recommended!
