Dissolves well even in cold water. I notice a tint of flavour, but I can't honestly tell what it tastes like. It's such a slight flavour that's not good nor bad. Happy with it.

Unflavored which is good then no matter what fruits your mixing in with your smoothie and this product means it doesn’t taste of anything yucky. Mixes well and even if put into a yoghurt smoothie mix it works well. Like the fact it’s a container easier for storage in cupboard.

After training for a while now I was told the some supplements would really help my training, both creatine and protein, with that in mind I set out to order some creatine. I've never used it before so I'm unable to compare to other products out there. The tub comes sealed with an anti tamper tab and then a seal under the cap which you have to peel away once the cap is removed. It took me a while to find the 5g scoop, the powder is so fine and fluffy it had sank to the bottom of the tub, was a little annoying fishing it out. The instructions recommend 5g mixed with 250ml of water, after or during exercise, with a little bit of research I've found it doesn't matter when this is taken. What's more important is that it's regularly taken once a day. As the product is listed there is no flavour at all, when mixed with water it mixes well and leaves a cloudy looking water. It's different to drink, the water tastes powdery if you will. But no taste at all. Waiting to see what the results are if any of using this product.
