Thankfully this is a really small tablet so it's really easy to swallow and there's no taste or smell. I'm currently going through the menopause and suffering a few symptoms so I'm willing to try anything that will help and there's certainly nothing in these that will do any harm. If you stick to the recommended serving of one tablet daily they will last for 30 days. I like the inclusion of ingredients such as saffron and rhubarb. I also appreciate the fact that it is a vegan supplement. At just over 10 it is good value for money. You get a best before date of exactly 1 year from the time of ordering so there is plenty of time to use this supplement.
