From my knowledge of skincare, peptides are the building blocks for collagen formation. Collagen can help with skin firmness, condition and elasticity. In terms of the rest of our body, it helps with our joints too and as the bottle states the ligaments and tendons. It's a great all rounder. I got this supplement more for my skin health. Taking this was easy peasy and didn't taste gross. I actually find it more fun to take than a capsule. I realise since this is a peptide powder, it's different to straight up collagen supplements so I wonder if you could take them together. I may begin doing this... When you take collagen or in this case the building blocks for it, you don't have control over where it is sent to work. It may go to a joint or a tendon and later to your skin. As an am over health supplement I think this is great and it makes sense. I haven't noticed any drastic changes yet but I'm keen to continue taking it in future x

I've been taking collagen for a good few months now and love it. I'm in my 50s and so I'm very much in need as we manufacture less and less from the age of 20. I've tried powders, tablets and liquids. I've tried bovine and marine. I really like this powder. For me its very convenient and there's no nasty flavour to spoil my coffee. It dissolves quickly and is odourless and doesn't have an aftertaste. It's enriched with copper and manganese to support connective tissue. If you are looking to improve your fitness and reduce the risk of injuries this would be a good choice. Both the condition of the tendons and ligaments deteriorate with age or with frequent activity associated with high repetition of movement. This contains no nasties or fillers which is great. It does contain vitamin c to support collagen synthesis. Since I've been taking collagen I've noticed my hair skin and nails have been definitely better. Facially my skin looks less tired and brighter. I exercise every day walking and doing free weights, and my energy levels undoubtedly seem much better and my recovery rate is also better. My weight has also become very stable. I'm excited that this may help protect my ligaments and tendons. I believe this is a good product that is well made in European laboratories and is reasonable value, it is packaged in recyclable packaging. It's a decent dose in my opinion and ideal for my needs. This collagen is bovine in origin, and 1 scoop of powder should be taken with a 200ml drink or added to your food. This gives 30 days of treatment. This collagen supplement powder comes in a handy reusable plastic pot in a quantity of 150g. This gives you 30 daily doses. As someone who is very active and workouts a lot I added collagen to my supplement regime years ago. I don't take it all the time but just as and when I feel I need it. I'm interested in this particular collagen from Osavi because it concentrates on the tendons and ligaments and thought I would give it a go as I've never seen a collagen supplement like this before. The powder is easily mixed with water, juice or coffee. You simply add one scoop of the powder with the scooper provided and it's virtually tasteless and simple to drink. It's early days to comment on the results but the powder looks good quality and I like what this collagen supplement is offering and would consider purchasing in the future.
