I've been using this for a few days so far.

I've been using this for a few days so far. Actually a decent flavour, previously I had chocolate, which tasted too fake. This is decent and really nice with milk (I've not had it with water). I'm replacing my breakfast with this as well as having one after I train to see what happens. Overall good and gives me good energy as well as fills me up in the morning for a few hours. I gave it 4/5 for ease of use down to the bag being a bit awkward and puffing powder when moved around. I think this is probably the same for all containers of powder but is an annoyance with the bag that little more as it's more fiddly than a tub. Though this is probably why it's such a good price, cheaper packaging. Scoop is perfectly fine to use, no issues with that.

There is a difference between a real diet protein meal replacement and a simple protein shake, and that is seen in the ingredients where you will see lots of 'extras' such as vitamins, additional protein sources, minerals etc - not just protein, and this is why they usually cost a little more have have a lower % of protein, this isn't a bad thing. This shake is easy to mix and tastes fabulous and isn't pumped full of maltodextrin - great 5 stars

I find it to be filling and best of all I don't feel short changed by having this drink in place of a proper meal. Low calorie content but contains high protein and all the nutrients and vitamins needed to maintain a healthy diet.
