I have this half an hour before my workouts and it certainly gives me the boost I need to lift heavier. I don't feel more energy as such but I'm much more awake and when I perform each set I feel like I'm going up on most sets rather than stuck at the same weight getting less weights each set. Very easy to drink. I had expected a stronger cranberry taste to be honest, but I'm not too fussed, as I just want to down it and be done with it. The taste is quite neutral and nice, and very easy to consume. I'll be using this regularly. It recommends every day but I personally take it just before my workouts so it lasts longer. I'd certainly recommend it.

Generously sized tub for money (compared to other pre mixed options) and has quality tested ingredients. If new to taking supplements, I would lower the serving size to half a scoop or less. One factor is that there is a lot of beta-alanine (3200mg!), it will make your ears and face feel tingly for hours if not used to it. Also it has 5g of creatine per scoop, most people only need about 2-3g creatine and less if already getting enough in the diet. Your body will just excrete the excess, Flavour was great and mixed easily, I'll stick to half a scoop and should last 60 days. Felt great after taking it, so works for me
