Magnesium (as citrate), Bulking Agents: (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), Glazing Agents: (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)), Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Cellulose Gum, Colour: titanium dioxide.
Take two (2) tablets daily preferable at mealtimes, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
