With a mere 2g sugar and a whopping 20g protein per blondie, this snack is your go-to guilt-free snack. There’s only 27g of carbs primarily from low GI oat flour. As for fibre, there’s 2.5g in this delicious bar which can help make you feel fuller, so you won’t want to snack on anything else! There’s no palm oil, we’ve chosen olive oil instead.
