This situation can occur during periods of intense exercise, illness or injury. That is why BSN created high-quality glutamine powder, DNA Glutamine. Unflavoured for stacking and versatility, DNA Glutamine doesn’t change the taste of your drinks. You can mix it with water, your favourite beverage or stack together with other supplements, for example, with your post-workout protein shake. Each serving of BSN Glutamine DNA is packed with 5 g of 100% micronised L-glutamine. If you are a professional athlete or a real sports lover, use BSN DNA Glutamine as your pre-workout or post-workout supplement. One or two level scoops per day will be perfect. One tub contains 309 g of glutamine powder, equivalent to 60 servings (scoops) of 5.15 g each.

Mix 1 level scoop (5.15 g) with 240 ml of cold water. Recommended daily consumption up to 2 servings per day. This is completely normal and is to do with the way the powder is vacuum packed into the tub. The powder settles over time. This does not impact the weight or number of servings listed on the label.
