Applied Nutrition have created the perfect protein shake for muscle gain and maintenance. The Critical Whey powder is made up of a blend of Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate and Hydrolysed Whey Protein. Using the protein supplement alongside exercise will help to build up muscle and retain it. Whey Protein Concentrate is made using Ultra-Filtration Technology, packed with protein and BCAAs. Cross-Flow-Micro-Filtration is used to create Whey Isolate, the highest quality protein for your body. Finally, the Hydrolysed Whey Protein can be broken down using enzymes to create Peptides. These are biologically vital and are easily digested by the body.
