Meaning greater performance in the gym and better recovery. The container has labelling on the rear. Capsules are reasonably in size, washed them down easily enough with water. Took 2 day with a pre workout shake and will last a month. Found them easy on the digestive system, no adverse reactions. I've taken Citrulline countless times as part of my pre workout shake. Trained for many years and I've not always taken citrulline, but I always feel less fatigued and fresher after a gruelling workout when I've had citrulline as part of my pre work. Great product, highly recommend.
