Awating delivery, but ive been taking this supplem for a while now with great results - read the literature on this marvellous subtance.

I suffer from memory impairment from an anxiety and OCD disorder so was interested in this product that states it can help with brain cell function. Phosphatidylserine is used for Alzheimer's disease, age-related decline in mental function, improving thinking skills in young people, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, preventing exercise-induced stress, and improving athletic performance. The recommended dosage for effect is 600mg per day and the dosage on these tablets are 100mg so would only last 15 days. However, advice says 10 days at 600mg can make a difference to cortisol levels. I do believe that food supplements and natural products are alternatives to medicines when doubled with a healthy lifestyle and good diet.

Increased my alertness, productivity and sharpness of mind but came with a huge side effect of keeping me up at night and having a lack of sleep due my mind racing all the time. I did see an overall change in my calmness and anxiety felt better slightly. Worth a try although I had trouble sleeping, but for you it might be completely different fingers crossed.

Great value for money. There is almost no powdery residue inside the bottle, so its contents are well protected. There are no nasty smells or tastes and the tablets are easy to swallow. I trust that they contain what they claim to, and as such I am very pleased.
